• Delivery Fees & Methods

We ship worldwide. Below is the delivery fees and estimated shipping time* for up to 4 pairs of shoes. If you are going to buy more than 4 pairs, please contact our customer service to get the delivery fees.
*Please note that shipping time is not included 6 - 10 days order processing time.

  • Payment & Confirmation
You can choose one of the following payment methods :
  1. Via Paypal
    Send your payment to our Paypal address : payment@sachlirene.com
    note : Please write your order ID on the news.
  2. Via local bank transfer
    For your convenience, we also provide the payment facility through your local bank
    transfer. You can pay to the following available bank account :
    - BCA acc number 8480510888 (Irene Sachli)
    note : Please write your order ID on the news.
    If you choose the payment via bank transfer : After paying, please confirm your payment
    here or at the "Payment Confirmation" button on the website footer. Please note that we
    can’t process your order if you haven’t made a payment confirmation.
  • Order Processing
We will process your order right after we have verified your payment confirmation.
It will take 6 - 10 working days before we ship it to your place.
  • Customize Colors
We understand that everyone has a favorite color and how incredible it is when we meet
the perfect shoes with the perfect color. You can choose the custom color for your shoes
with additional price from us. Just go to the product you want, select "choose my
colors" option, and start using your creativity to find the perfect color combination.
  • Product Availability
We will show the product / color availability on each product detil. But there is a possibi-
lity for a product to be sold out when you’ve made a payment. It may happen because
there is a gap between the time you order it and the time you confirm your payment. If
such thing happens, we will notify you via e-mail and give you a full refund for your
money, or you can change your order to another product / color option.
  • Returns and Exchanges
You can return our products within 3 days after you received it. Please note that we
always do a quality control before we send the product to your address, so we believe
it will arrive at your door with a perfect condition.

Before you return the product, you must send us the e-mail to :
returnsandexchanges@sachlirene.com and tell us the reason why you want to return or
exchange it. We will send you a feedback right after it.

Returns Instruction :
  • Once we have confirm your returns or exchanges, we will you give you the address destination where you have to send the product.
  • Fill the returns and exchanges form. You can download the PDF here : RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FORM
  • Ensure that you send us the complete package of shoes, shoe box, and all the things inside.
  • Ensure that the shoes are unworn and in their best condition. We can't accept returns if the shoes appear to be worn or damaged.
  • Place in an appropriate shipping box and affix a return label. If we found the shoes are damaged because of the use of an inappropriate shipping box, we can’t accept the returns.
  • Send us the tracking number.

Sachlirene reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that doesn't meet the above
requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense
and a refund cannot be granted. It's not our responsibility if there’s such an event a return
package is lost, stolen or mishandled before arriving at our place.
  • Cancellations
You can cancel your order that haven't been paid. Once an order has been paid and you
have made a payment confirmation, we will process your order and we don’t accept
cancellation.
  • Gift Wrap & Gift Card
If you are buying Sachlirene as a gift, you can select "Wrap as a gift" option on the product
page. Your order will be wrapped beautifully and you can also write a gift card that will be
sent along with the product. If you want to wrap 2 or more boxes as one single package,
you can tell our customer service via e-mail to : customerservice@sachlirene.com
  • Tracking
To ensure the security of your product delivery, we don't provide tracking number. But we
will send you the e-mail confirmation once we have shipped your product, and you can
always check your order status at “My Orders” that can be found at "My Account".
  • Gift Voucher
If you want to give Sachlirene to someone but you don't know which one she would like,
you can simply give a gift voucher with some amount you can select, so that she can pick
the best Sachlirene by herself. Here is some terms for the Sachlirene Gift Voucher :
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
  • Gift vouchers can be used for buying all products available at Sachlirene web store.
  • Gift Vouchers may not be returned to cash for any circumstances.
  • If your order total is less than the amount of the Gift Voucher, you can use the remaining
    balance for the next purchase. Just apply the same voucher code on the next purchase.
  • Apply the voucher code after you have added the product to your shopping bag and press
    check out button.
  • If your order total is more than the amount of the Gift Voucher, you can use the Gift
    Voucher and pay the exceed amount with one of the available payment methods.
  • Gift Vouchers will be send to your email or directly to the recipient’s email after you have
    confirmed your payment. If you choose to send a gift voucher directly to the recipient's
    email, we will also send you the copy.
  • Import duties and shipping costs are applicable on any products purchased with a Gift
    Voucher
  • We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is sent to a wrong recipient’s email because of
    your negligence. And we are not responsible if the Gift Voucher is used without permissi- on.
  • Membership
Join our membership simply by register an account, and get special Benefit for Members
  • Discount / Coupon Code

If you have a discount or coupon code, apply it after you have added the product you want to buy to the Shopping Bag (You will be asked if you want to use the coupon / discount code). The discount is for product only (not include shipping cost).
